Congratulations to Sandy and a big thank you to everyone who took the time to comment. I noticed a lot of the comments are to take care better care of themselves and get more exercise. I say way to go and keep it up! I too have resolved to do the same because when I'm low on energy, life just isn't much fun. In fact, just yesterday I started in on a weight loss challenge with a group of friends. So whatever motivates you stick with it. Have you tried the Seeking Balance Energize candle yet? On this Thanksgiving-eve, I am counting my blessings and keeping a thankful attitude for the goodness in life around me. There are the larger than life things I'm thankful for such as my freedoms, my God, and the love of my family. Also there are the everyday things I am thankful for like clean running water, clothes for my back and a refrigerator stocked full of yummies for the next five days. I am also grateful for Root Candles, a fantastic organization to work for. Let us all have attitudes of gratitude all weekend long and into the holiday weeks ahead.
